		NABARD has been a strategic partner in addition to being a social investor. They have deputed a senior manager on the board of PARFI and made available their district– development-manager organization to help find social MFIs/SHG-NGOs that work with poorest of the poor for financial inclusion. In short, NABARD enables building of the sourcing network of social MFIs/SHG-NGOs.

		CII and PARFI have partnered for setting up 30 gurukuls for their industry members with a training capacity of 10000 students per annum across India. This is a win-win for both CII and PARFI as CII members can benefit from availability of trained manpower at no cost to them and PARFI benefits from assured placement to its students.

		SBI and PARFI have partnered to ensure financial inclusion by getting a banking account opened to all candidates with a standing instruction for vocational loan EMI deductions to record credit history and provide financial identity to the candidate through one-of-its-kind SBI-PanIIT-NABARD skill card.
